Using margarine, flour, salt and pepper, skim milk powder and liquid fro can of peas, make a medium white sauce.
Heat the sauce and add peas and tuna. Serve over noodles, rice or toast.
SALMON LOAF
(serves 2 persons)
1 7 ¾ ounce can salmon.
1 egg.
Salt and pepper.
½ cup soft bread crumbs.
½ cup chopped celery.
¼ cup chopped onion.
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Mash can of salmon, liquid, bones and al in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Put into a lightly greased casserole or loaf pan. Bake 30-45 minutes (350F) or until top is brown.
